Google
- Select the image to the right or www.google.com/maps. A new window will open.
- Make sure you're signed in to your Google account (if you have Gmail, this is easy!).
- Search for a Provider or their practice.
- Click Write a Review.
- In the window that appears, click the stars to provide a score. You can also write a review.
Healthgrades
- Select the image to the right or www.healthgrades.com/review window will open.
- Type in the name of your Provider.
- If they are in the Healthgrades system, a Patient Satisfaction Survey will appear.
RateMD's
- Select the image to the right or www.ratemds.com. A new window will open.
- Type in the name and location of your Provider.
- Results should appear. Scroll down to where you can complete a review.
